Prayers for Peri!

Peri Johnson, wife and grandmother of four, needs our help! She is in need of a lung transplant. Signs of this debilitating lung disease began ten years ago after being diagnosed with pneumonia. Since then her lungs have slowly deteriorated. Peri has always been there for her family. It is now time to give back, as we ask our community for help. To those of you who would like to participate, we want to say Thank You for your support.

Peri grew up in Colorado where she learned at a very early age to fish, camp, and ride horses. After meeting the love of her life she went on to be a stay at home mom, enjoying ceramics, bowling, playing soccer, and raising her two children. Now a grandmother of four, her health keeps her from pursuing her love for the outdoors.

Transplants are life-saving but financially draining. Even with insurance, Peri is facing very high expenses including relocation for three months to be closer to the University of Colorado Hospital, post-transplant medications exceeding $1000 a month, co-pays and more.
