Polo Morales

Polo Morales is a 57 year old husband, father, and grandfather who is facing a life-threatening challenge. A few years ago, Polo was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and recently, his condition worsened to the point where he was told that he needed a heart transplant.

Having worked for thirty-seven years, Polo’s plan was to continue working and retire at an old age. All of a sudden, he hit a big wall of infirmity when he was told he must stop working completely at such an early age of life. It was the furthest thing from his mind. There is hope for a long life with heart transplantation but Polo is facing the challenge of preparing for the financial aspects of transplant because even with insurance a transplant is very expensive. Polo needs help with his medical expenses now and in the future. One of the biggest expenses is for the costly anti-rejection medication that Polo will need to take for the rest of his life
