My name is Ponciano C. Samus Jr. I am a widow, in my fifties and a resident of Los Angeles, California. I have no kids and live alone.

I started my dialysis in 2016. My 2 kidneys have been removed and I get dialysis 3 times a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

As of this writing per my Doctor’s information I am so close to have a kidney transplant soon. For this reason, my post transplant team at UCLA Hospital had already informed me what happen after the transplant. For three months I need a caregiver to assist and support me in my needs and be with me going to the hospital. Since I only depend on my disability income I have no means to finance the huge cost of this post kidney transplantation
