Quentin C

Quentin is in need of funds to go toward any uncovered medical expenses and equipment. The current handicap accessible van has gone through some major repairs and will be in need of replacing in the future, as it continues to have problems. His wheelchair is not foldable and if van is in need of more repairs, we do not have an alternative mode of transportation. Quentin is also on a ventilator and is tracheostomy dependent. He also requires oxygen and does not have head and trunk control.
