Robert Crawford

My name is Robert (Bob) Crawford, a professional musician, songwriter/composer, and music producer for 55 years and I have recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer.

This news has turned my world upside down, and I am now facing a long and challenging road ahead. As I begin treatment on March 30th, I am preparing for 30 rounds of radiation, five days a week for 6 weeks, along with multiple MRIs, CTs and PET scans. The physical and emotional toll is quite significant, but I am determined to fight with everything I have.

Unfortunately, the costs associated with my care are overwhelming. While my insurance covers some treatments there are many other expenses especially out of pocket doctors’ expenses, travel costs to and from treatments, and daily living expenses during and after recovery that are not included.

Because my treatment schedule is so demanding, I will be unable to work and produce music for my clients as I normally would. This loss of income adds another layer of stress during an already difficult time.

Any support that you can give would mean the world to me, especially as I navigate this journey with limited ability to work. Your kindness and generosity will help me focus on healing and give me hope for the future.
