For those of you who don’t know, Mac is in need of a Kidney and Liver transplant. We are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Transplant. Mac has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses. Any support you are led to give will be appreciated more than you know. We are already making several trips to OKC and back for medical appointments, and other transplant related tests and treatments. They would like us to have at least 3 months of expenses saved in an account for when the transplant takes place. It may take some time to have a donor available, so we also ask for your prayers that this happens sooner than later. Right now, kidney is the main need, but with him having liver damage as well they don’t want to do just a kidney but want to do the dual kidney/liver. Dialysis will start sometime soon, and could result in a loss of hours at work creating a financial stress on the family. Thank you again for considering making a donation to this worthy cause.
