Mary, a loving mother, and grandmother has lived a wonderful life. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing activities with her grandchildren, cooking for her loved ones, and working hard. She has never shied away from hard work and responsibility.

This past year, Mary was diagnosed with a life-long lung disease known as Pulmonary fibrosis. Pulmonary fibrosis causes tissue in the lungs to thicken and scar, making it difficult to breathe. Sadly, her condition has worsened, and Mary is now in critical need of a double lung transplant.

We are asking family and friends to help support Mary in her transplant journey and donate to the nonprofit organization Help Hope Live to fundraise for necessary surgery expenses.

She hopes that by receiving a lung transplant she will be able to resume life as normal and be able to participate in activities such as getting out of the house and walking to the park with her grandchildren.

She worked her entire life to provide for her family and to keep her healthcare, and only stopped working when the doctors told her it was necessary. She had to spend extended periods of time in the hospital. These have caused medical expenses to pile up, and placed a financial burden on the family. As Mary’s Pulmonary fibrosis continues to progress rapidly, she needs all the help and support she can get to afford the treatment she needs to live a healthy life.

Donating to Help Hope Live to support Mary’s transplant journey will ensure that she can smoothly transition back into her daily routines while focusing on her health and well-being.
