This fundraising page is for Ryan Jamar Brown, a 44 year old minister who is a native of Columbia, SC.

I am experiencing kidney failure, as a result of hypertension. The news that my kidneys were failing and I would need to begin dialysis came in 2021 as I approached my 43rd birthday last April 11. It was particularly frightening because I was raised by a single mother who lost her life at 43, due to kidney failure. Despite these feelings, I am determined to live a life that is devoted to the will of God. I want to pass my test to give my testimony to inspire others and give them hope.

Caring for my mom at an early age through her health struggles gave me unspeakable passion for caregiving, and despite my own health struggles, I continue to minister and serve as a caregiver for others as my life’s work.

This fundraiser will help support me, when I am blessed with a donor. It will cover my companion hotel, transportation, cost of food, and my time away from work.
