Samuel Lochabay Sr

Family and friends of Samuel Lochabay are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.

Samuel age 61 is a husband of 40 years, father of 4 adult children, grandfather to 15 grandchildren, and great grandfather of 9. He is a veteran that retired from the Military after 29 years, the Federal Service after 32 years and is a Deacon at his church. Samuel has been living with the effects of Severe COPD for the past 11 years and has now come to the point of End Stage COPD and the need for a double lung transplant.

Samuel has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors.
