My name is Sergio Cruz.

I am trying to raise funds to help with my kidney transplant. I am unable to work and will be living on a very limited amount from social security per month. I currently have the bills for my medicines and my dialysis among the doctor bills from my appointments for the transplant. I am on the wait list and not sure how soon I will be accepted, but it is important for me to raise the funds before I get selected or I will lose out on getting the transplant.
