MEME IS ASKING FOR YOUR HELP!

My name is Sharon, but almost everyone calls me “MEME”. I’m affectionately called this by my grands, family and close friends that are the same as family.

I developed Liver Cirrhosis due to a Fatty Liver. I am now anxiously awaiting a life-saving Liver Transplant.

Unfortunately, due to my insurance, I have been unable to pay for the ongoing medical tests and medicine. I had to change transplant teams because of the insurance. My insurance will not cover the to total cost of the transplant and the anti-rejection medicine that I will have to take for the rest of my life. Since my symptoms have gotten worse, I have not been able to spend time with my grandchildren, family and friends. I’ve also not been able to continue my volunteer work at my church, working with the children. I’ve always enjoyed volunteering and giving my time to help, listen and support anyone that needs me. I look forward to the day I can do all these things again. With your support, I hope to be able to continue.
