Hi! Thank you for stopping by! I am Sherri and two years ago, I learned I need a lung transplant. It all started with an ER visit for kidney stones. You can read all about it on my Caring Bridge website. As of now, I have been deferred for three months because I am sick, but not yet sick enough. I am fine with this for many reasons. One is that although we have excellent insurance, it simply does not cover everything. We have chosen this organization to assist with fundraising based on other patients’ positive experiences with them. Another reason that I am at peace with a deferment is that it allows me to witness more of God’s work in the process. I have already seen so many positive results of prayer in this journey. Sherri
