Back in 1999, I was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 3. With this genetic disorder, I cannot walk and am confined to a wheelchair. Because of this, I am in need of a specialized van that can accommodate an electric wheelchair. The van I have no longer runs and has left me stranded unable to have the Independence that I once had.

This wheelchair van will allow me to go to appointments to see specialized doctors and family functions that I am no longer able to do. I am asking for your help which I do not take lightly. I am unable to do this on my own.

The money raised will not only help me, but others within the Midwest region with needed medical expenses that are not covered by insurance.
