I want to add that I genuinely thank you all for your donations. You don’t know how much hope donations gives me and how much I feel loved. This has been an isolating experience (confined to my bedroom once treatments start). I can’t wait for day that I get a transplant and get off the machine so I get back to being able to commit to helping my community/church, traveling, art and crafts, being able to be social and volunteerism . There are a lot of other issues and a lots of doctor appointments. Lots of medication that goes along with being on Peritoneal Dialysis. I also work full time and my treatments are 81/2 hours long at night 7 days a week. As you can image this can be overwhelming at times. Not to mention trying to be a good wife to my hubby, cook clean etc. My husband has been very supportive. However I take pride in being a wife. I have not done a lot of things like I used since I started dialysis in June 2012. My emotional state has changed as well. It was very traumatic when my first Transplant failed for me , my husband and my donor. What I am trying to convey is I want to back to being Tanya. Again thank you !
