Dear Friends, Family and Community,

Our beautiful daughter Tessa is 5 years old and has just been diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma Cancer. Tessa is an energetic young lady whose smile lights up a room. She is passionate about princesses and can often be found wearing one (or many in a row) of her princess dresses! She has just become a new big sister to Marly.

Tessa is facing a very long road ahead of her. She is going to go thru chemotherapy, radiation and will then have a life-saving stem cell transplant at the University of Michigan Medical Center. We need your support to get thru this very difficult time.

This transplant even with insurance is very expensive. There are many expenses we are facing that must be paid out of pocket. Some of these are co-pays, deductibles, medications, and our travel and relocation expenses at the time of her transplant.

To help with these overwhelming expenses, a fundraising campaign in Tessa’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for 30 years. All donations are tax-deductible, are held by HelpHOPELive in the Great Lakes Stem Cell Transplant Fund, and are administered by HelpHOPELive for transplant-related expenses only.
