Thomas is in End-stage renal disease, he has been in kidney waiting list since 10/9/19.

In order to fullfill my goal to receive a kidney I must have a financial goal to show that I can pay for my anti-rejection medicine, this could cost up to $5,000 per month.

Thomas has been an active member of his community. He has helped in his church up to the covid pandemic. However, due to the health challenges he is facing he is not longer able to participate in the church activities.

The funds reaised will be used to pay for anti-rejection medication co-payments, hospital bills, medical co-payments, deductibles and other transplant related expenses.
