Timothy Wright

Family and friends of Timothy Wright are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.

Timothy is a 57 year old father of 7 and a grandfather of 12 who lives in Fayetteville, NC. He is currently the caregiver of his wife who is battling sarcoidosis. One day in March 2017, he felt dizzy at work and immediately went to the emergency room. The doctor asked him “did anyone ever tell you about your kidneys,” in which Tim replied, “no!” The doctor informed him that he has stage 4 kidney failure and that he needs to immediately start dialysis. Over the past six and a half years, Timothy has never missed a dialysis appointment. In June 2023, he cleared all off his tests to be placed on the kidney transplant list. His doctor informed him that he can get a call any day for his transplant. He is raising money for his uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
