My name is Victor Velasco and I am 30-years-old. I have end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and have been on dialysis for five years. My doctors have told me that my only chance for a healthy life is to have a kidney transplant. I am ready for the transplant and hope to receive this Gift-of-Life as soon as possible so that I can have an improved quality of life with my beautiful wife, Ashley, and sweet daughter, Sophia, who just turned three in March!

Even with insurance I will face many uninsured transplant related expenses such as: co-pays and deductibles, doctor visits and the costly anti-rejection medications that I will need to take for the rest of my life. This is a financial situation that my family and I cannot meet alone therefore we ask for your help.
