Victoria Fox

Victoria was born 3 months premature weighing 2lbs. 1oz. One of her diagnoses is Cerebral Palsy, she was born dead and was resuscitated upon delivery, she suffered a stroke at birth. Her Dad was in the Navy on a ship in the Mediterranean Sea while she was coming into this world. Because of her critical condition and the Doctors report that she was not going to live and be able to go home. The Navy responded to the Doctors diagnosis by giving her dad orders to travel to be at her side. God has been with Victoria and she has overcome many surgeries and obstacles and uses a wheelchair. She is now able to ride a modified bike. This will give her leg strengthening exercise along with mobility. This bike will help with her personal needs, abilities, independence and ongoing care and will assist her with her balance. The modified bike will help her overcome her physical mobility challenges by creating a sense of independence. This equipment is not covered by insurance even though it is Doctor recommended and requires fundraising to be able to cover the cost.
