Hi, I’m raising money for a kidney transplant, I have polycystic kidney disease. I am on a waiting list, and once a kidney is available that matches my blood and markers, I’ll be able to get a transplant. I live in Colorado, and the transplant center is in Salt Lake City, Utah.

When I get the transplant I have to stay in Utah for one to two months, my insurance covers the operation, but it does not cover my immunosuppressive medication to prevent organ rejection, which costs 20,000.00-30,000.00 annually, or my stay in Utah at a hotel for 1-2 months. I am required to have two support people with me during that time, I chose my wife Shay, and my sister Kathi who lives in Idaho. I so much want to be able to do normal things, eat normal foods, and play, run, and have fun with my daughter. She is the light of my life, and is my inspiration every day.
