My name is Yolanda Pagano. I am 63 years old and I am in desperate need of your help; I urgently need a kidney transplant as I am suffering from end-stage renal (kidney) failure. I desperately need your help now because the transplant center has told me that at I need to raise a minimum of $3000 to get on the active transplant list.

My kidney failure is caused by a genetic disorder called Polycystic kidney disease which is hereditary. Because it is hereditary, my son, who is visually impaired, cannot be a kidney donor, so I am desperately searching for anybody to give me the gift of life. Anybody out there who has a family, a child they love or care about to please consider being tested for a match. My illness is advancing quickly and other than PKD I have no other health issues. Although I have insurance, there are many other transplant related costs that will not be covered by insurance. I am facing very high expenses including co-pays, lab fees and more. A major expense will be the post-transplant medications which I will have to take for the rest of my life.
