Family and friends of Jon are raising money through the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Catastrophic Injury. Jon has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live will support the uncovered medical expenses required for proper diagnosis and treatment, including specialist consultations, physical therapy, occupational therapy, transportation, imaging, travel, treatment, surgical costs, post-operative care and emergency housing.
