Pamela Banks

Hi friends and family,

My name is Pamela Banks, and I have a condition called congestive heart failure. Unfortunately, my condition has continued to worsen over time, and I now need to undergo surgery to receive an LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device).

While my insurance will cover the surgery itself, it does not cover the medical supplies I’ll need afterward. Those supplies must be paid for out of pocket, and without them, I won’t be able to have the surgery

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to help cover the cost of these essential medical supplies. I’m reaching out to ask for your help during this difficult time. If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean more to me than I can put into words. Every dollar brings me one step closer to getting the surgery I need.
