Hello My Name Is Richauna , I am 31 years old . I was born with spina bidfia . I learned to walk at 2 years old and ever since then I’ve fought to be very independent , so sometimes I have pain when I walk but I do experience spasms throughout the day . Ive lived independently since I was 18 years old and I’ve done everything for myself also creating a warm welcoming environment home to friends and family. I love making people feel safe , comfortable while enjoying music and making home cooked meals. Since 2015 My journey to getting my driver license has been a few bumps in a road . So reconnecting with my vocational rehab counselor Ms.Veronica . She helped me find driver rehab center of excellence. In 5 months worth of training . I learned how to drive with adaptive equipments . I earn my driver license in December 2025 . Vocational rehab is willing to pay for my equipment that I need to drive , but I need to buy the car . It can’t be more than 7 years old or over 75,000 miles to meet their guidelines. My dream car is a Honda or Toyota because of the reliable and safety. If I had wheels than I can get myself to an office job , medical appointments, and hangout with friends and visit a few places . In the past public transportation took a few hours before and after to get between work and home . Your assistance would be greatly appreciated to help me on my journey.
