Throughout my life I have faced countless hospital stays, treatments, medications and challenges just to live. Despite these obstacles I have always stayed positive and kept fighting.

Over the last year my lung function has been declining and my need for supplemental oxygen has increased. Because of this on June 18th I will face my hardest battle yet, a double lung transplant.

While I am incredibly grateful for this chance at living a longer, healthier life with the people I love, the financial burden of a double lung transplant can be overwhelming. Along with the cost of surgery, medication and hospital stay, there is also the added expenses like housing, as I need to relocate to be closer to Northwestern Memorial hospital in Chicago. As I navigate this life changing journey I am asking for your support. Any donation will help ease the financial stress and allow me to focus on my health, recovery and the gift of a second chance at life.
