Suliveta Aumua

Suliveta’s passion is music. Before his stroke, he played almost every instrument he could touch. He loved God deeply and praised Him by playing guitar, piano, and drums. He cherished his family especially his parents.Then, everything changed. A sudden stroke took away Suliveta’s ability to speak clearly and weakened the right side of his body. For the first time in his life, the music stopped. Suliveta felt lost, but his strong faith in God made it through each day. He used his love for God to keep pushing through. He might not play all the instruments but his life is still a song of hope. He proves that with love, faith, and hard work, any storm can be survived.

He likes to spend time with families and interact with anyone that comes his way. Very cheerful and helpful especially in God’s ministry through anything. Very outgoing and loves to fellowship with others.

Since the stroke he struggles with his right hand and leg not able to move. He is also not able to speak. He uses a wheelchair to go to his appointments and therapies. Most of the time, he is in bed not able to move on his own.

Suliveta is fundraising for therapies, on-going appointments, transportation costs and other medical expenses include seeing many specialists that would help him. Everything is out of pocket. He hopes all these therapies will help improve his road to recovery. He looks forward getting back to playing instruments, walk, talk and back to music.
