Suzanne McMillan

Family and friends of Suzanne McMillan are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a transplant. Suzanne has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.

Hello. My name is Suzanne McMillan. I am 64 years old and am in Stage 5 Renal Failure. I love horses, the outdoors, feeling the warmth of the sun on my face and life itself. I love helping others when I see a need. I’m a mother, a daughter and a grandmother. I very much want to be here to watch her grow up. My mother has Alzheimer’s and lives with us now. I’m her fulltime caregiver.

I was a fulltime CNA and love caring for the elderly, however due to my illness I can only work a few short hours a week now. I am fundraising for costs associated with the hospital, doctors, relocation to the transplant center and more.
