Help Tammy Reach Mayo Clinic Safely

My name is Tammy Weinke. I am living with a severe, life-altering autonomic disorder that affects my circulation, blood pressure, and ability to remain upright. Even routine activities can cause my body to become unstable, making travel extremely difficult and medically risky.

In June 2026, I also suffered a pulmonary embolism. Since then, safe transportation has become even more critical as I continue receiving specialized care through Mayo Clinic while my physicians work to identify and treat the underlying cause of my illness.

Today, every trip to Mayo requires my husband to load my power wheelchair into a small utility trailer because we do not have a wheelchair-accessible van. Each transfer places additional strain on my body, increases my risk of injury, and makes accessing the care I depend on far more difficult than it should be.

Our county waiver program has already approved funding for the wheelchair-accessible conversion, but it does not pay for the van itself. We are raising funds through Help Hope Live to bridge that gap.

Every donation is tax-deductible and goes directly to Help Hope Live, which distributes funds only for approved medical and transportation-related expenses.

An accessible van will allow me to remain safely in my wheelchair during transportation, reduce medically risky transfers, and help ensure I can continue traveling to Mayo Clinic for the specialized care I need.
