My name is Terri Taylor Weir, and I have recently been approved for a heart transplant. I’ve had heart issues since I was 13 years old. Starting with SVT from Wolf Parkinson’s White Syndrome ,5 ablations later and a pacemaker led me to severe CAD and 13 stents. Still experiencing everyday chest pain, and there is nothing more they can do for me. This is my last option. I have 3 kids and 4 grandchildren that I want to be around for longer. I will benefit from this donation for uninsured and other expenses related to transplant. Thank you for all your support and love through this journey.
