OFFICIAL RULES

  1. SPONSOR

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the operation of the Help Hope Live Gaming 2019 Donate Life Month Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). Help Hope Live, Inc., Two Radnor Corporate Center, 100 Matsonford Rd #100, Radnor, PA, 19087, USA, is the Sweepstakes sponsor (“Sponsor”).

  1. DEFINITIONS

In these Rules, “Help Hope Live”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Sponsor and “you” and “yourself” refers to a Sweepstakes participant, or the parent/legal guardian of any minor Sweepstakes entrant. By entering you (your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor) agree to be bound by these rules.

  1. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes starts at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on April 1st, 2019, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30th, 2019 (“Entry Period”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY

To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia). If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence), you may only participate in this Sweepstakes under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

Employees of Help Hope Live are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this promotion, or the family members of each above. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

No Purchase Necessary. You may enter this sweepstakes by either:

Meeting the requirements for an Eligible Campaign. This can be done by logging in to your legally registered Tiltify account and following their instructions to set up a fundraising campaign for Help Hope Live. For this to be an Eligible Capaign, all elements must be included; (1) the campaign must start during the Entry Period, (2) the campaign must raise at least $35.00 or more for Help Hope Live during the Entry Period, (3) the campaign must be registered with Help Hope Live at the following URL: https://helphopelive.org/gaming/register/ or; by mailing a 3 1⁄2”x 5” postcard with your name, address, email address, and phone number to Help Hope Live Gaming 2019 Donate Life Month Sweepstakes, Two Radnor Corporate Center, 100 Matsonford Rd #100, Radnor, PA 19087.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Tiltify or Twitch Interactive, Inc. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor. The information you provide will only be used for administering the Promotion and to contact you if you are a winner.

The entry limit is one per person overall through one of the two entry methods listed in this section.

We are not responsible for excess, lost, late, or incomplete entries. If disputed, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address, or other method, used to enter.

  1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Pending confirmation of eligibility, potential prize winners will be selected by Help Hope Live or their Agent in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received within 10 business days following the Entry Period.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry no more than 7 business days following the drawing with prize claim instructions, including submission deadlines. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, the selected winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected time allowing.

  1. PRIZES

The following prizes will be awarded:

One (1) Grand Prize (s). Each winner will receive:

A(n) 1x Nintendo Switch Game Console. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) US $299.00,

The ARV of prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. We will determine the value of the prize to be the fair market value at the time of prize award.

The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: US $299.00

We will only award one (1) prize(s) per person/company during the Entry Period. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.  No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Help Hope Live reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. Prizes will be sent no later than 28 business days after winner selection. Taxes on prize winnings, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting a prize. By accepting a prize, you agree that Help Hope Live may use your entry, name, image, and hometown online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Sweepstakes without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.

  1. ODDS

The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by law, by entering you agree to release and hold harmless Help Hope Live and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.

All local laws apply. The decisions of Help Hope Live are final and binding.

We reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason, including cheating, technology failure, catastrophe, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes, whether human or mechanical. If the integrity of the Sweepstakes cannot be restored, we may select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Sweepstakes. Rules violators may be banned from participation in this and future Help Hope Live Sweepstakes.

  1. USE OF YOUR ENTRY

Personal data you provide while entering this Sweepstakes will be used by Help Hope Live and/or its agents and prize fulfillers acting on Help Hope Live’s behalf only for the administration and operation of this Sweepstakes.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes.
