Applicants must reside in California, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington state.

Under the umbrella organization, Mended Hearts, Young Mended Hearts provides advocacy, education, and support opportunities for young adult heart patients (ages 18-55) and their families. Offers in-person and virtual support groups, online communities, and a hospital/in-home visitation program. Local chapters facilitate various opportunities and programs.
