Dylan Mortimer
A double lung transplant recipient and Help Hope Live fundraising client, Dylan Mortimer uses his exceptional artworks to represent pieces of his journey and his relationship with cystic fibrosis. Thanks to an Impact Grant from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Dylan is now able to invite other individuals living with CF to visually represent their journeys through the I Can Imagine project.
They will use their vision to create and establish art installations, potentially in multiple U.S. cities, to brighten hospital environments while providing a way to express their emotions about CF.
