Ariana Berger (better known as Annie) is a 24-year-old woman who is very ill. After a lifelong struggle with Cystic Fibrosis (diagnosed at three weeks old), a lung transplant is her only hope for survival. Annie is one of the kindest people you’d ever hope to meet and she needs our help. The cost of a transplant can be overwhelming.

Annie grew up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn Foster Cyber School. Due to her illness, Annie has not been able to work much. She relies heavily on her friends and family for support and motivation. She loves hanging out with her friends and spending time with her family – especially her “fur babies.” Annie has Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy which causes extreme pain and she also experiences horrible infections that are so rare that only .010 percent of people with Cystic Fibrosis experience them. Throughout Annie’s struggles, she has never lost her faith in God. Together, Annie, her family and friends are committed to seeing her through this transplant.
