James Maston is a 41-year-old man who is very ill. After 19 years struggling with kidney failure, he is in need of a life-saving kidney transplant. After several months of rigorous evaluations, James was listed for transplant on January 1, 2016. Now, all we can do is wait.
James grew up in Duncanville, Texas. He has played football, soccer, baseball and bowled in several Duncanville-area leagues. Due to the kidney disease, James’ kidneys are no longer functioning and he is now on home dialysis. This is keeping him alive. We are hopeful for James’ future post-transplant and anxiously await that day.
Transplants are lifesaving, but financially draining. Even with insurance, James is facing very high expenses including post-transplant medications of up to $1,200 per month, co-pays, lab fees and more. This is a challenge he cannot meet without your help.
To help offset such expenses, a fundraising campaign in James’ honor has been established with Help Hope Live. To make a tax-deductible donation, click Donate Now.
Thank you for your prayers, support and generosity. Keep an eye on this campaign page because we will be planning some fundraising events soon and posting updates regularly.
Gratefully,
Donna Maston, Wife
