Thomas Fabb is a 38-year-old male living in Southport North Carolina and is in need of a kidney transplant. Two years ago, Tom was diagnosed with Fibro muscular dysplasia (FMD), which is a rare disease that first attack his kidneys. This is his only chance of returning to good health and needs our help to make this happen. Transplants are life-saving but very expensive.
Some of you know him as “Coach Tom” for his years of coaching girls soccer, softball and basketball leagues. Or perhaps, you may have met Tom through his wife Melissa, or his two daughters Alexa and Carissa. Tom has always been a hard-working strong man who loved providing for his family. As Tom’s condition worsens, he was forced to leave his job. Tom is now dependent on dialysis and is on the kidney donor list. Tom is eager to return to work and be the provider for his family. His only chance for this to happen is a kidney transplant.
