My loving daughter, Aleena Niaz was born prematurely due to a maternal trauma. I developed a cardiac complications during pregnancy which led to a congestive heart failure during the 35 week of pregnancy. She was born via an emergency C section and she suffered a prenatal anoxic brain injury. We both miraculously survived the trauma. Doctor had given words to me prior to taking me to the OR that I might not wake up.

Due to the trauma Aleena suffered, she now has Cerebral Palsy & Global Developmental delays. Aleena is the sweetest & happiest little girl you can imagine. She is the shining star of my life and anyone who meets her. She’s working very hard to learn basic skills because she wasn’t fortunate enough to have a normal birth experience. She has been doing lots of Intensive Physical Therapy throughout the year and I am also working on resuming Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).
