Help Tamara Get Her New Kidney!

Tamara Mason is only 41-years old and is in desperate need of a lifesaving kidney transplant. Many years ago, Tamara was diagnosed with a severe case of high blood pressure and over the years her condition has progressed. As a result, she is now facing end-stage-renal disease or kidney failure and she will need a new kidney in order to survive. As Tamara undergoes medical evaluation and waits for her kidney transplant at Shands Hospital in Florida, she undergoes a daily regimen of dialysis treatments in order to stay alive. Unfortunately, without a lifesaving kidney transplant in the near future, Tamara’s time and future will quickly run out.

Tamara is a loving and single mother of two wonderful boys who are committed to seeing her through her upcoming transplant. She worked hard to support her children as a hairdresser for many years, all while undergoing a strict regimen of life-sustaining dialysis treatments. Tamara is very active in her local church and has a strong faith and commitment to God. More than ever she is looking forward to her kidney transplant, so she can once again enjoy volunteering at her church, spending time with her children, and the many activities she once knew.
