Lupus fighter in need of a Kidney
My name is Tatayanna Smith . I was not born with any medical condition that I knew of .. One day after Christmas in 2004 at the age of 8 , I got were I couldn't walk and my back was in so much pain . My momma didn't know what was wrong niether did the Dr I had at the time didn't know . I was admitted in whiteville Hospital for a week .. The upcoming Monday I had to go to Chapel Hill so they could find out what was wrong . They ran every test they could for any kind of conditions . It Came back positive that I had Lupus and High Blood Pressure at the time I never knew their was a such thing called Lupus !! Soon I was better and living life as any normal person you could never tell , I took my medicine like I was suppose to and every thing was fine . In 2012 at the Age of 16 . I had a real bad Lupus Flare. I had fluid around my lungs and around my heart. Whiteville Hospital had to ship me to University Of Chapel Hill Hospital on a Helicopter cause I was really sick. I was in the ICU for MONTHS .I also found out I had pencrititus ; A stomach disease . By me having the Lupus flare and me getting really sick caused me to have a Chronic Kidney Disease it cause me to have to take dialysis and now I'm in the need of another Kidney and is in the process of being on the transplant list so I thought this would be a good way to share my story !! With God by your side ANYTHING is Possible ! If anyone could Help me with any kind of donation to help me will kindly be appreciated it. Thank you All
