For, several decades – Ralph Grimes has been there for others in their time of need, helping in so many ways. Now, he himself could use our help. Thirty years of diabetes has taken its toll on Ralph’s health, and has left him with heart failure and an amputated leg. Ralph’s heart health and mobility declined quickly since the beginning of 2016, and by April 2016, he was placed on the heart transplant waiting list.

Ralph, together with his wife Ann, actively raised their daughter and two sons, and proudly, he now has nine wonderful grandchildren. During 23 of those years, Ralph supported his family while employed at the Hartman Independent Co. as a sales representative and a manager, where he also developed close ties with his clients and co-workers. For more than 35 years, he served his church in numerous capacities but most notably as deacon and elder, helping and encouraging others who needed help. Known as a kind, generous and compassionate husband, father, grandfather, and true friend … Ralph has lived a wonderful life for which he is most grateful.
