Family and friends of Paul Tolbert are raising money to pay for uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
I know that many of you do not know and that you are just as surprised as Paul was to learn the news. At the beginning of 2016 Paul was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease. According to the doctors, since birth he had an undiagnosed heart condition. Shortly after his 51st birthday the symptoms developed. Paul has been in and out of the hospital at Tampa General Hospital and he is very appreciative of the care the doctors and staff are providing. Although the facility is doing everything it can to afford him medical care, there are still medical and long term care expenses that must be met.
