Daniel O’Hair is a 43-year-old man who has struggled with kidney disease since he was 4 years old. This has resulted in multiple surgeries throughout his life. He started dialysis 3 days a week about 2 years ago and is working towards receiving a kidney transplant. He has had to cut back at work and is now only working part time. Daniel is looking forward to getting back to doing the things he is unable to do while on dialysis.

Daniel who is a kind person, needs our help because the cost of transplant is overwhelming. After many years of helping others, Daniel needs your help. Transplants are lifesaving but financially draining. Even with insurance there are many expenses that must be covered out of pocket. Some of these are co-pays, deductibles and lab fees, in addition, I will be on a life-time of expensive anti-rejection medications. This is where your support is desperately needed.

To help offset such expenses, a fundraising campaign in Daniel’s honor has been established with Help Hope Live, a trusted nonprofit organization that has been providing community-based fundraising guidance to patients and their families for more than 30 years. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law, are held by Help Hope Live in the South-Central Kidney Transplant Fund, and are administered by Help Live for transplant-related expenses only. If you would like to make a contribution, please click the DONATE NOW bar.

Thank you for your support!
