Well, it’s been just over 3 years now since my kidney transplant. Thank God that all is going well for me. I have had my ups and downs. White blood cell level dropping to zero…3 times. That was scary. I managed to pull through and nothing happened. I didn’t get sick in any way. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on, I sit here at home, at the dining room table, and do my work. Thankfully, I am able to do that for my company and they allow me to do it as well. I have my boys here with me. My wife with her job, she is not able to work from home so she still goes to the office. On a good note, it is staving me a ton in gas not having to go to the office every day!

Well, it has almost been a year since my transplant. Man how the time has flown! I have had my ups and downs. The doctors at IU University Medical Center are amazing! My white blood cell count dropped to 0 3 times over the course of the year. Dr. Yaqub has been adjusting my meds off and on. He has taken a personal interest in me for some reason. I don’t care why, because he is a fantastic doctor that knows his stuff
