Because of her rigorous dialysis schedule, Mary is unable to work or participate in activities that she used to enjoy. She is also unable to spend time with precious family members and friends unless they come to see her. Following her transplant, she looks forward to spending more time with family and friends and becoming an active member of the community again.

Kidney transplants are very expensive. Funding this life saving procedure is a monumental task and even with insurance, there are many expenses that must be paid out of pocket. Some of these are co-pays, deductibles, lab fees, a caregiver at the time of transplant and travel to and from the transplant center. In addition, Mary will be on a life-time of anti-rejection medications. This is where your support is needed.
