Overcoming my spinal cord injury was one of the most difficult things I’ve done. In a instant, my life changed and I had to learn how to live life from a wheelchair. I spent months recovering in the hospital wondering would there be any purpose or quality left in my life.

Fortunately those days have passed and since then I been able to accomplish amazing things. I went back to school and completed a undergraduate degree in engineering and I’m currently in grad school finishing a Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering. When I’m done I hope to work in the medical device industry to help improve the lives of people with paralysis.

I’ve accomplished great things since my injury except the ability to walk. Thankfully there’s great devices on the market like the ReWalk.
