My wife, Bambi Lint was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2001. Her life has had its highs and lows after the diagnosis, but she’s always tried to have a smile on her face and an encouraging word even when she’s having what she calls “an MS day.” Unfortunately, she is no longer able to work and do many things she enjoyed.

Early on, Bambi tried to learn as much as she could about the disease and treatment options. That’s what led her into patient advocacy or what I refer to as motivational speaking. She speaks at MS patient education programs. She’s always ready to help someone through the slippery slope of MS or help anyone interested in understanding what MS is and its strange nuances.
