My loving partner, John Sura is a 51-year-old man that is very sick. John was diagnosed with cirrhosis many years ago. His doctors have told us that his only option now is a life-saving liver transplant. John is the kindest and most giving person I know. John needs everyone’s help with this very expense transplant.
John grew up in Aransas Pass, TX, and has lived in Minnesota, New Mexico and now we are back in Texas. Over the years, he has worked hard on the docks, owned his own body shop and worked in road construction. He had an accident that crushed his skull. John’s life has not been easy, but he is always optimistic about whatever life throws his way. John looks forward to getting a transplant and living a long and full life.
John’s transplant will be very expensive both before and after transplant. Even with insurance, there are many expenses that are not covered and must be paid out of pocket. Some of these are co-pays, deductibles, travel to and from the transplant center and we will need to temporarily relocate at the time of transplant. In addition, he will be on a life-time of anti-rejection medications. This is where your help is desperately needed.
