Tarita was born and raised in Fort Myers Florida, is a graduate of Cape Coral High School. She worked in healthcare for 18 years in Medical Records. She served others in her church and community. Now she finds herself not being able to return to a career, and service in areas that she loves so much. Tarita is now the one that needs our help.
Transplants are life -saving but financially difficult. Even with medicare coverage the post- transplant follow-up which includes medication, co-pays, treatments, labs and Dr. Visits could top more than $6,000. Your support is critical for Tarita’s survival.
To help offset such expenses, a fundraising campaign in Tarita’s honor has been established with Help Hope Live, a trusted nonprofit organization that has been providing community-based fundraising guidance to patients and their families for more than 30 years. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law, are held by Help Hope Live in the Southeast Kidney Transplant Fund, and are administered by Help Hope Live for transplant-related expenses only. If you would like to make a contribution, please click the DONATE NOW bar.
Please know that your contribution, prayers, support and generosity counts. It means a lot. On behalf of Tarita and her family we thank you in advance for your kind support.
Gratefully,
Diane Spears, family friend
