Keesha Nelson is a 32-year-old woman who is very under the weather. After 4 years of struggling with various illnesses, a liver transplant is her best option for a regular life.
Keesha grew up in College Station and graduated from A & M Consolidated High School. She went on to Texas A & M University where she studied psychology. She then attended Midwestern State University and WGU to study early and secondary education. During this time she had her daughter, who is now 12 years old.
Keesha was only able to teach for a few years before her illness proved to be a major life obstacle. She eagerly looks forward to returning to working on starting a mobile food pantry.
