Wesley Schmidt is a 40-year-old man from St. Marys, PA, who is in need of a liver transplant and needs your help to make it happen. Transplants are life saving but very expensive.

Eleven years ago, Wesley was diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare disease which destroys the bile ducts in his liver. The only cure for PSC is a liver transplant, which must come from a living donor.

Well, two years later from our initial campaign and we're at it again. Wesley needs another liver transplant. The first one which was so generously donated by Wesley's best friend has stopped working. We're in the same boat as before with the obscene costs of all the travel and whatnot. Please, if you can spare something, we'd be forever grateful.

You are ever in my thoughts and prayers, bro. Keep me posted on the Facebook - if your current donor candidates don't work out, I'll come running! B|
