Steven John Findlay, the husband of Beth Findlay and the father of Jillian and Amanda of Fort Wayne, Indiana, needs a heart transplant which requires the help of his community. Transplants are life changing in more ways than saving a life. Transplants are extremely expensive and alter a family’s financial affairs greatly.

With sudden unemployment for Steven and his family, the portion of the medical bills that insurance doesn’t cover, plus co-pays for lab visits, financial assistance could not be more helpful. Steven has two daughters to see graduate college, walk down the aisle, and, eventually, bring grandchildren to play with.
